Finding new customers while you work
Leads come in through your form and Apollo. The system looks them up in the Dutch business register, reads their website and has AI score every lead from 0 to 100. From 70 up, a lead gets a personal email for its industry, with a follow-up two days later. The rest go into a slower nurture sequence. This run took 32 seconds.

The inbox that sorts itself
Every email is read and classified. A quote request gets a draft based on your price list. A customer question is answered straight away when the AI is at least 85% sure, and otherwise prepared for you. Anyone asking for an appointment gets free slots from your calendar right away.

Yes. You can take individual bots without a package. Add them to your selection and send it as a request; we call within one business day to check it fits. Take several bots and bundle discounts apply to the subscription: 2 to 3 bots 10%, 4 or more 15%.
There is no online payment on this site. You build a selection and send it as a request. We call for 15 minutes first, then send a proposal, and only invoice once there is an agreement. We work exclusively with businesses (B2B); all amounts exclude 21% VAT.
Yes. Besides the one-off setup you pay a monthly subscription: €49–€995 per individual bot, depending on which one. That covers support, updates and changes up to 2 hours per month. Usage costs for AI, telephony and messaging are not included — those are always yours, at cost price and itemised. The subscription is required for the first year and free to cancel afterwards. There is no automatic renewal: renew yourself and you get one month free. Take several bots and bundle discounts apply: 2 to 3 bots 10%, 4 or more 15% off the total subscription.

A single bot solves one task (e.g. collecting leads or sending invoices). A package is a complete, connected workflow where multiple bots work together — including integrations, onboarding and optimisation.
Often, yes. For admin we connect to Moneybird and Exact as standard, and for WhatsApp we use the official WhatsApp Business connection. If your system has an API, we can connect to it in most cases. During the on-site consult we look at your specific software and confirm what is possible — we do not promise up front what we cannot deliver.
Yes. We use encryption and you get a data processing agreement that records where your data is stored and who can access it. Where possible we choose processing within the EU. Sensitive business data is never sold or reused for training.
Definitely. Many clients start with one bot and build up to a complete package. You only pay for what you need right now.
