3. After that it runs and we keep adjusting it. Changes up to 2 hours per month are covered by the subscription.

The subscription is required for the first year, and free to cancel afterwards. There is no automatic renewal; renew yourself and you get one month of subscription free.

What if it takes longer than agreed?

The stated delivery time is an estimate. If we run late, your next month of maintenance is free.
