Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Dinosaur AI Automation (based in Breda, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 95027386, VAT NL005127896B57) is the data controller for the personal data processed via this website. Contact: dinosauraihelp@outlook.com.

2. What data we process

• Contact details you provide (name, email, company, message);
• Order details when you buy a bot or package;
• Technical data (IP address, browser type) in our hosting provider's server logs. We use no analytics tool.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to contact you, deliver quotes and services, process payments and improve our website. The legal bases are performance of the contract, your consent and our legitimate interest.

4. Retention

We keep data no longer than necessary: contact details for up to 24 months after the last contact, administrative data in line with the statutory 7-year retention obligation.

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with processors that help us deliver the service (e.g. hosting, payment provider, email), as far as possible within the EU and under a data processing agreement. The two exceptions outside the EU are described below. We never sell your data.

If you book an appointment through the calendar on our contact page, that booking runs through Cal.com. The name, email address and time you enter there reach Cal.com and our calendar. If you would rather avoid that, use WhatsApp, email or the form on the same page.

If you ask the AI assistant on our site a question or use the bot advisor, our server sends your message to Anthropic, the maker of the Claude language model, based in the United States. Anthropic uses it to generate the answer and does not use messages from business API customers to train its models. We do not store the conversations ourselves. To curb abuse we only keep an encrypted counter per visitor, based on the IP address, which is deleted automatically after two days. Please do not type sensitive personal data into the chat; for anything personal, WhatsApp or email is the better choice.

Cal.com and Anthropic are based in the United States. For that transfer outside the EU the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in these parties' data processing terms.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that message runs through WhatsApp (part of Meta). WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email dinosauraihelp@outlook.com. You may also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
