What does AI automation cost?
Every amount is listed below, without needing a call first. A single bot starts at €650 setup, a complete package at €16,000. All prices exclude 21% VAT and apply to business customers.

For each bot you pay a one-off amount to build and connect it (the setup), and then a fixed monthly amount for hosting, updates and changes up to 2 hours per month. The Custom GPT is the exception: you buy it once.

What is in the monthly amount?
- Hosting, monitoring and updates for your bot.
- Changes up to 2 hours per month: copy, rules, new answers.
- Improvements to the underlying AI model, at no extra cost.
- Support on working days, directly from the people who built it.
What is not included?
Usage costs: the AI itself, telephony and messaging (for example WhatsApp per conversation). We pass those on at cost price with a specification. For most companies that is a few tens of euros per month; at high volumes we calculate it up front.
Discounts
- 2 to 3 bots: 10% off the total subscription.
- 4 bots or more: 15% off the total subscription.
- The on-site consult (€450–€850) is waived in full once you become a client.
- A package always costs less than the same parts separately: the starter package saves €12,401, the enterprise package €30,322.
Paying and cancelling
- A longer term, up to a maximum of 10 years, is negotiable.
- For a bot, the subscription is required for the first year; after that you can cancel freely.
- No automatic renewal. If you renew yourself, you get one month of subscription free.

What does an AI chatbot cost for a small business?
A customer service bot costs €4,950 setup and €425 per month. A simpler bot, such as the social media planner, starts at €650 setup and €49 per month. All amounts exclude VAT.
Why is there a monthly amount?
Because a bot is not a product in a box. It runs somewhere, needs maintenance and changes along with your company. The monthly amount covers hosting, updates and changes up to 2 hours per month.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The only extra costs are usage costs for AI, telephony and messaging. We pass those on at cost price with a specification, and we estimate them for you in advance.
