What does an AI bot cost?

A single bot costs between €650 and €10,000 setup, plus €49 to €995 per month. The Custom GPT is a one-off purchase of €3,750 with no monthly fee. Complete packages start at €16,000. All amounts exclude 21% VAT. The full overview is on the pricing page.

How long before a bot is running?

Expect 5 to 15 working days after approval, depending on the bot and the number of connections. A simple chatbot goes live faster than a system that processes invoices in your bookkeeping.

Does this work with the systems I already use?

Usually yes. We connect with Exact Online, Moneybird, Teamleader, Mollie, WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Shopify, Slack, Google Workspace, Outlook and Salesforce. If your system has an API, we can connect to it in most cases. During the consult we confirm what is possible in your situation — we never promise up front what we cannot deliver.

Is it GDPR-proof and where is my data?

We work under a data processing agreement that records where your data is stored; where possible we choose processing inside the EU. You decide which data the bot may see. Our own website places no cookies and does not measure your visit.

Will my customers know they are talking to a bot?

Yes. Every bot we deliver says it is a bot and how to reach a human. That is not only decent, it is what the European AI Act requires.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We build, connect and maintain it. The training package includes onboarding for your team, so it does not stay with one enthusiastic colleague.

What if it does not work, or I want to stop?

The subscription runs for the first year; after that you decide whether to continue and it is free to cancel. There is no automatic renewal. If something does not work as agreed, we fix it within the monthly amount.

Do you visit on site?

Yes, that is the starting point. We spend 2 to 3 hours at your place walking through your processes (€450–€850, waived in full when you become a client) and we sign the contract in person at your table. We work from Breda and travel throughout the Netherlands.

Can I pay online?

You put your selection together in the cart and send it as a request. We call you for 15 minutes first to check whether it fits; a proposal follows. Packages always start with a conversation.

What does it deliver?

That depends on your rates and your processes. One example from practice: a ten-person debt collection agency has the email bot prepare drafts and now takes on more cases with the same team. What it becomes for you, we calculate together during the intro call — and if we do not believe in it, we say so.
