Can the chatbot use my own prices and documents?
Yes, that is the point. We feed it your price list, terms and manuals so the answers match how things work at your company. If something is not recorded anywhere, we have it refer people on rather than guess.
Can it also book appointments or create quotes?
It can, but then we connect a second bot: the booking bot for appointments, the invoicing bot for admin. With multiple bots you get a bundle discount on the subscription.
What if the chatbot says something wrong?
We build it to refer rather than guess, and you can review the conversations. If something does go wrong, we adjust it within your monthly hours.
